I recently purchased a Little Giant Ladder from your organization. I
debated
and debated on whether to spend this much money for a ladder. I had seen
your infomercial a number of times on TV but never ordered. I finally
purchased over the internet and have come to the conclusion it was one
of
the best purchases I could have made. It is so easy to use and extremely
versatile. I had to do some work on a window by the stairs that go down
into
my basement. I was able to set up the ladder on the stairs and it was so
easy. It worked great and the nice thing about it, it is so easy to set
up.
And it is very light and easy to move. I really like all the different
positions and uses of the Little Giant. I feel this purchase is the best
ladder purchase I have ever made. In the past I have had, at one time,
two
step ladders and two extension ladders to meet my needs. Now I have just
the
Little Giant. No other ladders are needed. Thanks for such a great
product.
It is worth its weight in gold. And I've only had it a couple of weeks.

Gentlemen:
I think you are the best source for Little Giant ladders. Your web page
lists every model and size that they make. Their info-mercial might be
adequate for the average home user, but I feel sorry for someone who
buys that way only to find out that there are other sizes and models.
In fact, the DVD they include doesn't mention the smallest size nor the
heavier models.

Thanks for your prompt shipment of the 1a little giant. It is an awesome
ladder. My fiancé has been a professional painter for over 22 years. She

Fed Ex forgot to drop off the 2nd box with the work platform and
wingspan
accessories yesterday. I contacted your store and got the tracking
numbers,
just to make sure the missing parts had actually been shipped. I'm
pleased
to say the Fed Ex dropped them off either last night or early this
morning.
I was able to put things to good use. I was concerned about the weight
(of
the Model 26) but really didn't have much choice since I need the length
and
the higher step ladder. I'll be giving away my old ladders to good
homes.
