What is a 'Demo' or 'Refurbished' ladder? A demo or refurbished ladder is one that simply cannot be sold as new. It may have been demonstrated at a Home Show, been used as a Little Giant display, or was a return. They may have minor scratches, dings, scuffs, or dents, which are merely cosmetic. All demo and refurbished products have been carefully inspected to ensure they meet the same stringent quality standards of a new Little Giant Ladder. Little Giant Demo Ladders are in very limited quantities, and we often run out of stock on factory demo, used, and refurbished ladders, so if you want one we recommend ordering one while it is in stock. Demo ladders have a great warranty, meet the same strict safety specs as a brand new ladder, and lower ladder prices saves you money! Most demo and refurbished products, if available, ship out 2 to 3 days after the order is received.

The new RevolutionXE Ladder has everything from the original Classic Little Giant with additional features. The RevolutionXE is lighter than any competing multi-use, mulit-position ladder on the market. We did this without sacrificing any strength thanks to the patented LiteWave™ technology (the same technology used by the U.S. military in aircraft production). LiteWave™ technology allows for the light weight of a 250 lb. rated ladder, yet still provides the strength of a 300 lb. Type 1A rated ladder. Adding even more stability to the world's safest ladder wasn't easy. But the revolutionary MAG4™ hinge lock system does just that. The MAG4™ hinge locks into place with 4 pins instead of 2 for increased ladder strength, stability, and overall safety. The RevolutionXE features a redesigned Rock Lock™, rung lock system, that makes adjusting your ladder quick and easy. The Little Giant Select Step the worlds only multiposition stepladder. The Select Step features deep rungs making it the most comfortable ladder in the market today. Like many of our products the Select Step is able to adjust to different stepladder heights. Besides being easy to carry due to the light weight the Select Step is also easy to set up and take down thanks to patented Rock Lock and Quick Adjust Handle technology and is not only easy but comfortable to use thanks to the unique comfort step that can fully support both feet. The Select Step also features the new AirDeck that doubles as a safety bar and work tray for all of your tools and objects such as paint cans. The Little Giant PRO Series is the new "bad boy" line of ladders from Little Giant. The Little Giant Ladder System is four to
five times more durable than typical ladders, and it's built to last.
The Little Giant Pro is made of heavy-wall 6005-T5 aluminum, same as the Classic Little Giant only anodized black, and while it
possesses a workload capacity of 300 pounds, it has been tested to
withstand four times that amount without structural failure. The Little
Giant replaces different sizes of step ladders, an extension ladder, 2
scaffolding trestles, and a staircase ladder. In fact, it would take

The Little Giant Demo Skyscraper Stepladder (MXZ) makes short work of tall orders. Replacing lights and performing other ceiling-height work in auditoriums, gymnasiums and churches is a simpler, far less time-consuming project with the Refurb/Demo SkyScraper than with expensive and cumbersome scaffolding. The Demo Skyscraper adjusts in one foot increments to extend to the exact height you need. The "fold-down" height, for storage, of the Skyscraper (MXZ) is about 1/2 of the extended stepladder height, which makes moving it through tight hallways and narrow doors far easier than scaffolding and other large ladders. It may be our "Little Ladder", but this Demo Little Giant step ladder has the same quality and features as the larger members of the Refurb/Demo Little Giant Ladder family. Little Giant Safety Step Demo stepladders are built to the industry's most exacting specifications. The 2-step, 3-step, and 4-step models all incorporate wide slip-resistent step treads for maximum stability. All three Refurb/Demo Little Jumbo models are available with fold-up safety bars with a sturdy locking system for added security, and are made from a rugged, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy Ð lightweight but built to last. The 3-step and 4-step models also incorporate a tool tray on top of the bar for tools or hardware.
Little Giant Safety Step Demos fold to a slim 5" depth. The 9" x 14" steps pivot vertically while the framework collapses for convenient storage. The smooth action of the sturdy locking system eliminates pinched fingers or awkward set-up. All ladder legs are capped with slip-resistant feet for a safe, solid feel. And with our special Tip-N-Pull wheels, the ladder is designed for ease of mobility. The finest little stepladder on the market!
